This Black Friday, a rug for every room

All rugs carrying the Black Friday label take part in the Black Friday discount. Want to be sure a rug is part of the offer? Look for the special Black Friday label on the product, or browse all the offers among our rugs.

During Black Friday the more you order, the more you save. From 10 to 30 November you get 5% extra off orders over €100 (BLACK5), 10% extra off orders over €200 (BLACK10) and 15% extra off orders over €400 (BLACK15). 

The discount applies on top of our existing sale prices and is calculated per order, so put all your favorites in one order to get the highest discount.

No, only the value of the products counts. Shipping is free on all orders over €89, so every Black Friday order is shipped for free.

No worries! Please contact our customer service team to add the discount code to your order. If your items are part of the Black Friday action, we'll happily apply the code for you and refund the discount amount!

If your items are in stock, we process your order as quickly as possible. As soon as it has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your track-and-trace link.

If an item is not in stock, your order confirmation email shows, under the item, when it will be back in stock. Your order is shipped from that date. If you've ordered several items, we ship them together once everything is in stock.

If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email and keep you updated as much as we can. Questions about your delivery? Our AI assistant on the customer service page can help you right away.

Our standard return conditions also apply during Black Friday: you can return your rug within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's in its original condition. We don't offer direct exchanges. Would you prefer a different rug? Simply return your rug and place a new order. To request a return label, email support@volero.eu and tell us why you're returning the item.

Please note: your stacked discount is based on the products you keep. If the items you keep fall into a lower discount tier, we adjust your discount and deduct the difference from your refund.
Example: you order €300 with BLACK10 and pay €270. You return €150 and keep €150, which falls in the 5% tier. Your new price is €142.50, so you receive €127.50 back.
If you keep €89 or less, the regular shipping costs also apply.

No, unfortunately, we don't offer pick-up at home. We provide you the return label, but you need to bring the package to a location that accepts the package.
